TIP SETUP
  
DESCRIPTION
  
Tip on Vaxncm.  Things needed are:  /dev/tty0 must be 666 mode, there must be a /usr/spool/uucp dir, daemon should be the owner and group, and I/O board must be configured in kernal (dhu0 flags 0xffff).
Tip to a machine can be done by 'tip machinename' if it is put in the /etc/remote file.
