I changed the following on Elephant:

diag-level=max

diag-level was set at min.

Tony and I learned today that we should be using the max diag-level.

Next time you are at the ok> type the following 

ok> enable-environmental-monitor

 
We also learned that we should run the following command at the 
OK<  show-post-results            (you need to run a self-diag by turning the key to the 3rd position first)
