DB Tuner 4.3 for Oracle will be available as a no-charge upgrade to all existing DB Tuner for Oracle customers under valid maintenance contracts. Existing customers will be automatically notified of the availability of this release, but must request an upgrade by sending e-mail to software@emc.com or by calling 1-508-497-7901.

When a new release becomes available, customers under warranty or maintenance contracts may receive an update via the following methods:

Requesting a Kit through Powerlink

-	Log into Powerlink at http://powerlink.emc.com
-	Click on the Service Tab 
-	Click on Contact Services in the top navigation bar or go to
		https://powerlink.emc.com/service/contact/index.jhtml
-	Choose Request a software update or refresh from the Subject dropdown menu
-	Click continue
-	Fill in the form and click submit
-	You will receive a confirmation email when your order is processed and shipped.

Via E-mail

To request a kit via e-mail, send an e-mail to software@emc.com. Please be sure to include the following information to expedite the order:
-	Contact name (required):
-	Contact Phone number (required):
-	Company (required):
-	Shipping Address (required):
-	Site ID (required): 
-	PO# (if required):
