	On the first part of the contract
	I was looking at all the tasks
	There were installs and patches and programs and things
	There was projects and upgrades and users
	The first thing I met was PM with a fuss
	And the project with no end
	The datacenter was hot and power use high
	But the users were talking of new features

    I've been on contract for a job with no pay.
	It felt good to out of the fray.

	On the first phase of the project
	I was looking at all the tasks
	There meetings and timeline and gants and things
	There was deadlines and vendors and orders
	The first thing I met was a unrealistic timeline
	With no way to meet the date
	I felt the heat to get the job done
	But quality was no where in sight

    I've been on contract for a job with no pay.
	It felt good to out of the fray.

	Cause the bosses always bring you to dismay

	After two months on the project
	My eyes began to turn red
	After three month in weekend fun
	I was looking at server that was dead
	And the story it told of unsupported versions
	Made me sad to think it was deprecated

	After nine months of continued delays 
	We decided to redo the goals
	We couldn't meet the deadline and phases and upgrades 
	We couldn't get users to agree
	A project is a desert with demands underground
	And a powerpoint layer above
	There is a wealth of common sense in the techies
	But they managers will give them no heed
